Pick the amount of coaching you want

Four ways in, one standard of coaching. If you are not sure which fits, book the free consult and I will tell you honestly — including when a $59 program is all you need.

01 · Online 1-on-1

Your own online personal trainer, in whatever gym you already use

Built for lifters who train on their own schedule but want a real coach behind the plan. You get programming written for your equipment and week, and I review every form video you send.
Lifter filming a squat set on a phone for online coaching form review
Film, upload, get coached — no matter which gym you train in.
Coach spotting a client during a heavy bench press attempt
Private platform time in Midvale, minutes from Salt Lake City.

02 · In person 1-on-1

Hands-on barbell coaching in Midvale

The fastest way to fix technique is to have someone watch it happen. Sessions run 60 minutes on a private platform, with cues in the moment and loading decisions made on the spot.

03 · Small group

Train with two to four people and still get coached

Bring a partner or join an open group. Everyone runs their own program, and I rotate between lifters so you still get eyes on your sets — at roughly half the private rate.
Small group of lifters training on separate platforms under one coach
Small group sessions cap at four lifters so coaching stays personal.

04 · Buy a program

Finished training blocks you can start today

Every program includes a full spreadsheet, video demos for each lift, warm-up protocols and a plain-language guide to progressing loads.

Questions

Before you book

No — a large share of my clients had never touched a barbell before their first session. We start with the squat, bench, deadlift, press and row, and you leave the first session able to perform them.

In Midvale, Utah, a short drive from Salt Lake City, Murray, Sandy and West Jordan. You get the exact address and parking details when you book.

Your program lives in a shared spreadsheet and app. You log sets, upload form videos of your main lifts, and every week you get written feedback plus updated loads and targets.

Usually yes, with modifications. Bring any guidance from your physician or physical therapist and we will build the program around it. I coach around old backs, shoulders and knees regularly.

No. Monthly coaching is month to month, and in-person sessions can be bought one at a time or in discounted packs.

Yes. Handling on the day — warm-up timing, attempt selection and rack heights — is included for coaching clients competing in Utah, and available separately for program clients.
