The process

What your first six weeks look like

No mystery, no month-to-month guessing. Here is the exact path from first message to lifting weight you have never touched before.

01

Free consultation

Twenty minutes on the phone or at the gym. We talk training history, injuries, schedule, equipment and what you actually want out of lifting.

02

Movement screen & baseline

You film or perform the main lifts. I score technique, mobility and current working loads so the program starts at the right place — not someone else’s starting place.

03

Your program, written for you

Days per week, equipment, and lifts that fit your life. Every set has a target, and every week has a reason to exist.

04

Coach every week

Form videos reviewed, loads adjusted, questions answered. We keep what is working and change what is not.

05

Retest and build

At six weeks we measure again: strength, technique, confidence. Then we set the next target — a rep PR, a first meet, or simply lifting pain-free.

Technique first, then load. Every program starts with the lift you will repeat hundreds of times.

Who this is for

If you have ever felt out of place in a weight room, start here

New lifters

You want to get strong but the barbell area feels like a members-only club. You will learn the five lifts that matter, in a session where asking questions is the whole point.

Lifters who plateaued

Same numbers for a year, some nagging aches, no plan. We fix the technique leak, then build a progression you can follow for months.

Competitive powerlifters

Meet prep, attempt selection, weight class strategy and handling on the day — from a Salt Lake powerlifting coach who has been in the warm-up room.

Lifters in their own words

Coaching that people stay with

“I had never touched a barbell. Eight months later I deadlift more than my body weight and I actually look forward to Mondays.”
